The effect of calcium on the properties of molybdenum nitride film electrode was studied by using XRD, SEM and cyclic voltammetry. 应用XRD、SEM、循环伏安法(CV)等测试手段研究了钙对氮化钼膜电极性能的影响。
Results: The water-soluble components were not destroyed at the sand temperature of 170 to 180 ℃, the calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate and nitride were all in salt forms, and they could be solved in water and not be destroyed at high temperature. 结果:水溶性成分在砂温170~180℃时没被破坏,磷酸钙、碳酸钙及氮化物皆为盐类,且为水溶性成份,在此温度下不会受到破坏。
